新转学生检查表 - Start Here!

Transfer students, welcome to the 威尼斯人平台! This checklist is intended to help you prepare to join our community in the fall.

Many items need to be submitted as part of the enrollment process after you have paid your 招生存款 and received your login information to the University’s 门户网站, MyRedlands (call the Office of 招生 at 1-909-748-8074 with any questions about this step).

Please note the deadlines or complete these “to dos” as early as possible.  Students will access these items via their 自助服务门户 on MyRedlands.  Instructions on accessing the 门户网站 can be found near the bottom of the 新生体验页面.

• 拟主修专业
  
  All new transfer students are required to meet virtually with a faculty advisor prior to registering for classes. In order to pair you with the appropriate advisor, please complete the 拟主修专业. Registration will take place in mid-July. You will need to use your Application 状态 Portal log-in to access the survey. Students should complete the form in Slate at the time of deposit or soon after
  
  
• 的 数学分班问卷 indicates whether you will need to take the online math placement test, 根据你打算学习的课程. (由于06/17/2024)
  
  
• 语言安置问卷 indicates whether you will need to take the online language placement test. (由于06/17/2024)
• 住宿及校外意向表
  所有的新生都要完成一份 房屋意向表格 to communicate their living requests with 居住生活和住房. If you are 23 years of age or older, housing is offered if space is available. (由于06/03/2024)
   
  1. Review housing information with 居住生活和住房.
  2. Submit the intention form through the MyRedlands 住房 Portal. Students who wish to live off-campus must petition through this form.
  3. All students living on campus are required to have a meal plan and will be initially assigned the All Access meal plan. Students may change their meal plan on their MyRedlands 住房 Portal through the first Friday of classes
  
  
• 接种疫苗证明
  

  Students must affirm having received immunizations via the Vaccination Attestation Statement.

• 健康保险核查
  
  每个学生必须注册或放弃 学生健康保险计划. 的 威尼斯人平台 requires all students to annually provide proof of health insurance coverage. Students who do not submit proof of insurance will see a premium charge on their bill.   Submit a Photo for your Student ID Card
  1. Choose a photo to use for your Redlands Student ID.

• 紧急联系方式                                                                                  Submit or update your emergency contact information via your 自助服务门户. This information can be accessed by the school in the event of an emergency. It’s important to review/update this information annually.  (由于08/14/2024)                              

• 大学成绩单
  
  To track submission of transfer student college transcripts. Final official college transcripts must be submitted. To be official, transcripts must be issued and sent directly to the 威尼斯人平台. Hand-delivered transcripts, even if sealed, cannot be accepted. (截止日期:2024年8月14日)
  
  
• 转学生迎新 
  

  For transfer students, mandatory New Student Orientation will take place 2024年8月29日- 9月2日. 在太阳, students will receive an introduction to our on-campus resources as well as informational sessions geared towards supporting students' transition onto our campus. Students will also have the opportunity to engage and connect with other students in their cohort in a variety of activities.
